在我心中，有許許多多的、多姿多彩的中國夢。這些夢，曾經讓我心潮澎湃，曾經讓我熱血沸騰，曾經讓我心馳神往。無時無刻，我都在為國家美好的未來憧憬着。但是，我清楚地認識到，讓國家強盛的重要角色，就是我們---那好似噴薄的朝陽的莘莘學子---正是我們的強弱，決定着祖國的未來。正所謂梁啟超説的“少年強則國強”，確實不錯。殊不知，在廣大學子背後，還有一位重要角色，那，就是像蠟燭一樣，燃燒自己，照亮別人，默默奉獻的老師們。在一定程度上，好老師決定好學生。所以，師資力量和教育質量也同樣重要。作為一名學生，我多麼希望有一個好老師啊！那麼，我心目中的好老師是什麼樣子的呢？

首先，一名好老師應該擁有淵博的知識,更重要的是將課講活﹑講精、講好。一名語文老師，應該詩詞歷史，寫作閲讀，無所不通，無所不知。一名數學老師，應該將奧數幾何，各種運算，運用自如。一名英語老師，應該説一口純正英語，與外國人輕鬆交談。現在的許多老師講課都有些枯燥古板，甚至學生會因為老師的嚴厲呆板而失去了一個孩子應有的活潑與想象力，也變得呆板起來，或失去學習的興趣。那麼，一個好老師就應該和學生之間拉近距離，平易近人，成為學生的良師益友：在課堂上激情澎湃、充滿感情﹑身臨其境地

給學生講課：激動時手舞足蹈,感動時淚流滿面；好笑時忍俊不禁,感慨時長篇大論；和學生一起在課文的浪起浪落中隨波遨遊,品味課文的苦辣酸甜,感受文章的真諦與樂趣將課講活﹑講精、講好；儘量和學生互動學習，讓學生帶有感情地上課，身臨其境地去學習，在學中玩，玩中學；當學生對上課產生興趣時，往往能產生事半功倍的效果。而這，就是一個好老師應該做到的第一點。

一個好老師不僅要擁有淵博的知識,將課講活﹑講精、講好，還要有高尚的師德。的確，一個老師的師德將會影響一個學生的思想。一位好老師，就應該抓住生活課文中的一點一滴的小事，藉機把好的思想傳輸給學生，將會使學生終生受益。當看見受傷的小動物時，就應該教育學生：要愛護動物；當看到有人破壞花草樹木時,就應該教育學生:要愛户花草樹木；當看到有人亂扔垃圾時,應當教育學生；要保護我們賴以生存的地球的環境。在學課文的時候,譬如講到《自己的花是讓別人看的》一課時,應不失時機地教育學子：要學會“人人為我,我為人人”的品質；講到《金錢的魔力》一文,老師又應及時地告誡學生:千萬不要像託德與老闆那樣有着見錢眼開的醜態,不要為金錢所動……當然,不僅要教育學生,老師自己也要做出榜樣。例如:當大家在班級大掃除中都幹得有氣無力時，老師帶頭大幹起來，揮如汗雨---用自己的實際行動來打動我們、鼓勵我們；再如：當大家在街上看

見殘疾人乞討而冷冰冰不予理睬時，老師上前去，用同情與憐憫的目光看他一眼，用手遞上一張大鈔---用自己的行動去感化學生心靈中的角落，教育他們成為一個真善美的好少年……

現在，不少教師經常體罰或破口大罵一些犯錯誤及成績不太好的同學。看到身邊發生的一個個典型事例，我十分痛心，並堅決反對這種做法。我認為，真正的教育不是對學生體罰或破口大罵，這是一種能深深刺痛孩童們的心的做法。遭受了這樣“待遇”的同學們，不僅會心情愈來愈低落，對學習的興趣也會越來越低……這種狀況發展到最後，就會對這些莘莘學子們---甚至是祖國的未來---產生不良的影響。所以，我認為，一個好老師在學生成績不好或犯錯的時候，應該親切地去鼓勵他，指出他的錯誤在哪，接着，以足夠的耐心，幫助他改正錯誤---而不是以體罰或破口大罵的方式。長此以來，學生不僅提高了自信心，還提高了成績---真是一舉兩得啊！
