在院領導和團委老師的指導下,在學生會全體同學的努力下,我們經管學生會鋭意開拓、積極進取,圓滿的完成了本學期的工作,切實做到了從同學中來,到同學中去的宗旨;學生會工作堅持正確的政治方向,緊扣時代脈博,結合社會熱點焦點,開展了一系列有意義的活動,為促進廣大同學全面成長成才起到了積極作用,同時以務實的工作為廣大同學服務,充分發揮學生會橋樑紐帶作用。在開展各項工作的過程中,我們緊密圍繞黨和國家的方針和政策,密切配合校團委、學生會及我院團總支各個時期的工作,有效地開展了各種活動,現將工作情況總結如下。

為了更好地發揮學生會的作用,更有效地開展各項工作,我們院學生會進行了一系列的調整和改革,主要有:

1、成員調整:九月開學初,針對各種實際情況,我學院學生會主要成員進行了大調整,選出主席一名,副主席三名,團委副書記1名,6名,各部部長25 名。

2、完善制度:為了使我院學生會工作規範化、制度化,我們制定了新的學生會工作章程,同時還制定了一系列制度,如《學生會成員獎罰制度》、《學生幹部工作考核標準》等。

為了豐富我院學生的文體生活,我們院結合事實,開展了一系列比較有影響力體育活動、學術講座、學術交流、文藝活動等,都取得的比較好的效果。 文體活動

1、體育節活動:10月份,我們院體育部參加了校組織的體育節比賽。活動前院體育部對部分人員進行了簡單的培訓,保證了活動的順利開展,特別是調動了女生參與活動的積極性,並從大一大二學生中選出了一批較為出色的隊員。成績如下:體育節獲得足球賽冠軍,拔河比賽二等獎,洗衣服比賽二等獎,男籃精神文明獎,女籃三等獎等一系列好的成績。羽毛球方面我院獲得男單第一,男雙第二,女單第二,女雙第三的好成績。

2、迎新晚會:9月28日我院文藝部在科學會堂組織開展了05級迎新晚會活動,活動旨在充分展現我院學生的青春活力,同時也是給05級新生的一份禮物。晚會共有14個節目,涉及舞蹈,獨唱,小品,相聲,時裝表演,情歌對唱等,形式多樣而不失新穎,充分體現了經管學院多才多藝和蓬勃向上的精神風貌。

3、三星mtv校園歌手大賽:在校學生會的倡議下我們經管學院參加了三星mtv校園歌手大賽最後由我院03級王朕同學獲得優秀歌手獎。

4、禮儀風采大賽:組織參加校團委禮儀風采大賽,一名同學獲三等獎,四名同學選進禮儀隊。

1、新老生交流會:為了激發大一學生在學習上的自主性,鼓勵他們全面發展自己、充分鍛鍊自己,並把同學們帶入一種競爭、拼搏的學習氛圍,我院學生會於10月28號在經管區樓b區402教室組織了院新老學生學習經驗交流會,交流會組織03級獲一等獎學金的同學給05級同學做了學習報告會,談談他們在大學生活的心得體會,並對大一學生在學習、生活及工作等方面存在的疑問予以解答,活動採取互動的方式,進行交流學習。大一同學對選修,副修等學習方面的話題十分關注,並對如何應對英語等級考試進行了交流,同時又就就業,考研等方面提出了不同問題。通過這次交流,在一定程度上端正了大家對現學專業的態度。

3、遊知識海洋,展理工風采百科知識辯論賽:在聲勢浩大的世界大學瀋陽行的活動中,在瀋陽理工大學振興之旅青春之約主題的號召下,為了豐富同學們的課餘生活,促進各分院之間的交流。展現理工大學學生良好的精神面貌。

主要是根據生產計劃對電器車間生產進行組織、安排、管理,以到達按時、按量的完成相關的工作任務。

由於電器間各個生產環節的控制因素比較多,且所受定單市場的影響比較突出,在計劃和物料供應上存在的不定因素導致在績效管理很難找到一個支點,也由於生產環節太多,控制點和考核點的尺度不樣,為了保證績效工作的平穩着陸和車間的穩定在時間管理中手忙腳亂,很難適應公司的管理要求,在定單緊急交貨情景下只是一味的為了發貨而發貨和組織生產,管理中的職權範圍沒有明確的界限,不論是質保還是生產車間在工作之中什麼問題都找我,在加上公司在管理問題上的其他要求,使得我疲於奔命,心煩意亂,感覺到了崩潰的邊緣和本事的極限。也感覺到公司迫切和緊急的改革思路中我無法承受的工作壓力。

近期ia開關需改善的問題:ia五單元托盤與面板的固定螺孔除第一個孔位正確外,其餘三個孔位不對。lt、pc等進線側板未排地線孔位。vc(異常是v36)的電纜倉內防鼠板不緊驟。lvc的加長門在關掉狀態下會輕易打開(安全性不夠),另外操作杆無法操作(操作手柄需減短110mm)開關金屬件的安裝尺寸問題。都有待儘快解決

2、加強績效工作的分步進行1、對每個職位制訂工作職責表,明確工作項目。2、從工作項目,提出關鍵項目。3、訂出每一工作項目的績效標準。4、制訂工作進行要點。5、例外管理(異常管理)的運用。6、績效評估反饋改善激勵。

3、建立工人七大標準要求“全、細、嚴”:產量、質量消耗指標;技術操作標準;事故控制標準;設備維護標準;禮貌生產標準;限額領料金額和勞動紀律規定。

4、實行工作抽樣對員工進行工時核定:僱員工作時間百分比,僱員工作速率;機器利用率

6、如何使績效管理軟着陸,到達車間的生產穩定管理過渡。

3、完善車間的工序生產控制點的考核方法和針對增效降能的管理制度。

4、按定單和生產計劃調整和組織車間內部的臨時性工作和突發事件。

5、建立崗位職責制和經濟職責制,使權力的下放合理化。

8、完善車間工序的基礎數據收集、彙總、分析、應用

9、努力調節生產安排,是定單完成率到達80%。緊急定單完成率100%。

10、對於以銷定產的車間,以生產計劃為依據進行產量和質量分析。
