班主任工作是管理人的工作,我所面對的又是朝氣蓬勃,有思想,有感情,自我表現欲強的一年級學生,所以一個學期下來,給我最最強烈的體會是:班主任工作中既要有宏觀的羣體管理,又要有微觀的個性發展;還要有強烈的前瞻性;工作更要細緻的落實到位,只有這樣才能使學生在班上健康全面發展。作為一年級班主任,我針對我們班活潑好動的特點,做了如下的工作:

回憶起開學第一個月的情形,的確比較辛苦。每天如 母雞孵蛋 一般坐在班中。從坐站、舉手、排隊、用餐等一一教起。一個星期之後,學生漸漸地知道了每天何時當做何事。於是,我結合制定的工作計劃,利用晨會、班會等時間,從紀律、學習、衞生、安全、人文素養等方面,對學生進行規範化教育,使他們明白該做哪些事情,不該做哪些事情。時間一長,學生的行為規範大有進步,已基本上適應了國小生活。

每天的早讀課,我都會鼓勵孩子用自己的方式朗讀課文,並在巡迴檢查的過程中,將認真讀書的學生大肆表揚,下課的時候把他們叫到面前談談心,誇誇他們的優點。學生積極性大增,每天早讀課他們都學習自讀課文。每天的教室打掃和其他的行為習慣,我也都會沿用早讀課的獎勵方法,併到一星期結束時進行全面評價,各方面都做得好或在某一方面有進步的,特別是壞毛病改掉一些的,我都會獎他們一顆星,利用孩子的上進心鞭策他們。小朋友看到班級中的表揚榜上的星星都特別的開心,有的小朋友甚至早晨到班級中來的時候都要認真的看一看星星是不是掉了。

我認為,一個人的成長離不開家庭的影響。教師對孩子的影響再大,如果得不到家庭的響應與合作,必然是勢單力薄的。所以我經常利用家長接送孩子的時候,與家長交流,表達自己對教育孩子的看法,反映孩子的在校表現和提出一些建議等等。

一學期不知不覺過去了,從學生進校到現在,可以説孩子們的進步是很大的,會學習,會表達,能與老師、同學交流,能主動做好班上衞生,有的小幹部也當得有模有樣,並能比較自覺地遵守學校的各項規章制度。

我們這個班,後進生還是有幾個。因此,轉化後進生是班主任的一項必不可少的工作。我認為對後進生要給予特別的關愛。要做到思想上不歧視,感情上不厭倦,態度上不粗暴。要用自己對差生的一片真誠的愛心,去叩響他們的心靈之門。要善於發現他們的閃光點。比如:在課堂上不要緊緊盯着優等生,應多給後進生創造條件,鼓勵他們舉手發言,及時給予肯定、獎勵,使他們也能自信地面對學習。課外積極輔導,多與家長聯繫,爭取家校聯合為學生創造一個良好的學習環境,同時也促進班級學習氛圍。

五、經常與任課教師取得聯繫,瞭解學生的學習情況,協同對學生進行學習目的教育,激發學習興趣,培養刻苦學習的意志,教會學習方法,學好各門功課,並掌握學生的課業負擔量。
