本人於20xx年畢業於××礦業學院，本科學歷，20xx年晉升為高級工程師。具有大型工程項目的控制測量及施工測量的能力，在施工測量技術和測量管理方面取得了顯著的成績。過去的幾年中曾組織過的大型工程測量中(如黃小聯絡線上9800m的龍感湖大橋、杭州灣跨海大橋、深圳灣大橋等控制測量，九江新客站控制測量、株六線婁底編組站改造，深圳地鐵、北京地鐵、武漢輕軌及上海中環等城市交通控制測量，贛龍鐵路3600m的峽山隧道、寶蘭複線6000m的橋隧羣控制測量，蒙古國200km的線路複測等)沒有出現任何測量事故，也得到了業務部門和領導的好評。
本人競聘上崗後仍一如既往地努力工作，具體工作思路如下：
1、嚴格執行集團公司下發的《施工技術管理辦法》和公司下發的《施工測量管理實施細則》、《測量設備管理辦法》，明確測量任務的分工責任制，嚴格執行測量外業和內業資料的複核制，嚴格執行測量設備由公司工程部統一調配製度，實現測量工作的制度化。
2、嚴格執行iso9000系列標準，認真組織學習測量法規、測量規範，進一步細化施工測量作業指導書，按高等級公路、新建鐵路、既有鐵路改造等施工項目編制更詳細的測量作業指導書，實現測量工作的標準化。
3、測量作業要格式化，各項目經理部要採用公司統一印發的測量記錄本，嚴格按照施工項目和測量類別選用相應的記錄，(如導線測量就要採用導線測量記錄本，四等水準就採用四等水準記錄本)記錄要清晰明確;測量交底資料要格式化，必須嚴格按照公司下發的交底格式樣本，交底資料要清晰明確;測量成果要格式化，測量成果書中要有工程項目概況、測量觀測方法、測量時間、測量所用的儀器、測量人員、測量計算(平差)的方法、最終所採用的結果及測量精度評定等;測量記錄本、測量交底資料及測量成果書要保留完好，直到工程結束。
4、測量作業要精細化，重點控制工程測量外業要堅持換手測量原則，內業要堅持複核和審批制度，要按照《施工測量管理實施細則》中測量資料該由項目總工複核的，項目總工必須複核並簽字，該上報公司工程部的要及時上報，公司工程部專業工程師要及時複核並將意見及時反饋，該由公司總工程師審核的必須報公司總工程師審核，各工序的測量交底資料必須有計算和複核人簽字，測量關鍵工序還要有審核人簽字。要嚴格按照《施工測量管理實施細則》中的測量分工責任制，該由項目部組織的測量要放手讓項目部組織，資料可通過發送郵件由公司專業工程師複核，該由公司組織的測量作業必須由公司工程部組織，決不推卸。對重點控制工程必須要進行定期的檢核測量。

上個月，我女兒的學校給佈置了一項作業，讓家長給孩子寫一封關於告別童年走入青春期的信。我思來想去、絞盡腦汁，最後用四個詞語來表達來我對她的期盼。這四個詞語是：理想、興趣、快樂、責任。給孩子寫完信已是深夜，我忽然在想，給孩子講了這麼多，而我自己的理想是什麼呢?
記得上國小三年級，老師問我們的理想是什麼，我的回答是：做一名工程師。小時候，村裏有一位叔叔大學畢業後，在城裏當工程師，其聲名聞於鄉鄰。在很長的一段時間內，他成了方圓幾十裏孩子們學習的榜樣。那時我想，長大了我也做一名工程師，到城裏設計和建造房屋該是多麼高級、多麼榮耀的一件事情啊。
三十年過去了，自己現在已經是一名高級工程師。還通過考試，取得了五個註冊工程師的資格，可以説是實現了小時候的理想。近幾年，隨着工作和物質的相對穩定，自己有時卻想去幹一些清閒點的工作。對照給女兒信中叮嚀她的志向要遠大、要有奉獻精神、做一個對社會有用的人，我深深地感到了慚愧。是啊，我還沒有給社會盡到自己的所有責任，我還沒有完全地實現自己兒時的理想。我知道一味的追求物質和安逸的工作會讓一個人慢慢地變的頹廢和缺乏激情，唯有追求理想和為社會承擔自己的責任才能換來更持久的成就感和快樂。
新組建的住建局承擔着大量的住房保障和城市建設的任務。這幾年，房價，人民羣眾，老百姓都在關注和期盼着我們住建部門能夠有所所為。做為住建局的一名技術幹部，我覺得自己有責任、有義務站出來，在城市建設中、在保障房和廉租房的建設中，發自己的一分光，儘自己的一分力，為峽市人民的住房建設貢獻自己的所學所能。
