各位老朋友，新朋友，很高興，我們又見面了。到今天中潤華通經營了十二年，我們在克羅地亞創建的投資平台深耕細作了四年，這麼多年，很多客户成為投資人，很多同事成為合作伙伴，很多一直追隨我們的用户總是抱以無條件的信任，在世界多極化和經濟全球發展的今天，我常常會去思考，一個企業家，一箇中國的企業家，究竟該報以怎樣的使命和責任?大到如何為世界和平為中國夢出一份力，小到如何維持企業的生存，提升一個小家庭的幸福生活，這些都是我們面對的現實，我相信也是每一個有責任有能力的企業家會關心的。今天我們在這裏主辦亞歐合作高峯論壇，也是想藉此拋磚引玉，一方面分享這麼多年我們的一些經驗，同時與大家共同探討在未來更廣泛的合作與發展。

Dear old and new friends, it's a great pleasure to meet you again. Today, Z-Run WellTon Industry CO.,LTD. has been in business for 12 years. The investment platform we created in Croatia has been deeply cultivated for four years. Over the years, many customers have become investors, many colleagues have become partners, and many users who have been following us always have unconditional trust. Today, with the world's multi-polarization and global economic development, I often think about what kind of mission or responsibility an entrepreneur, a Chinese entrepreneur should achieve? How to contribute to China's dream for world peace, how to maintain the survival of enterprises and how to improve the happy life of a small family are all the realities we are facing, and I believe that every responsible and capable entrepreneur will be concerned about them. Today, we are here to host the Asia-Europe Cooperation Summit Forum. We also want to use this forum as a reference. On the one hand, we will share some of our experiences over the years, and at the same time, we will discuss with you the broader cooperation and development in the future.

去年10月，克強總理出席在比利時布魯塞爾召開的第十二屆亞歐首腦會議，深刻闡述新形勢下亞歐合作的重要意義，提出從維護多邊主義、構建開放型世界經濟、推進互聯互通建設、促進人文交流四個方面打造亞歐開放、聯動、合作、共贏的新格局，為亞歐深度聯通和務實合作指明瞭方向。

In October last year, Prime Minister Li keqiang attended the 12th Asia-Europe Meeting in Brussels, Belgium, profoundly expounding the significance of Asia-Europe cooperation under the new situation, and proposed to maintain multilateralism, build an open world economy, and promote interconnection and construction. And promote humanities exchanges to create a new pattern of openness, linkage, cooperation and win-win in Asia and Europe, which has pointed out the direction for Asia-Europe deep communication and pragmatic cooperation.

克羅地亞是“一帶一路”沿線具有非常特殊地緣優勢的國家，也是中國“一帶一路”倡議中重點合作的國家，四年前，從最初關注到克羅地亞，一次一次的調研考察，僅最近一年，我本人就帶領團隊訪問克羅地亞超過10次，在薩格勒布、扎達爾、伊斯特拉等超過20個城市留下了我們團隊的足跡，我們帶領的考察項目的投資人超過100人次，考察訪問洽談的項目超過40個。現在我們是克羅地亞國家戰略合作伙伴，即將落地首個保税經濟特區，到今天我和我的團隊可以非常自豪和驕傲的説，我們沿着“一帶一路”國家倡議，已經在克羅地亞開闢了一條可實踐、可落地、可發展的新路。

Croatia is a country with very special geographical advantages along the "One Belt And One Road" route, and also a key country for cooperation in China's "One Belt And One Road" initiative. Four years ago, from the initial concern to Croatia, once and for all research and investigation, only recently, I personally led the team to visit Croatia more than 10 times, in more than 20 cities such as Zagreb, Zadar, Istria We have left the footprint of our team. We have led more than 100 investors in the inspection project and over 40 projects visited. Now we are the strategic partners of Croatia countries and will soon be landing in the first bonded special economic zone. To this day, my team and I can be very proud to say that we have opened up a new road that can be practiced and developed in Croatia along the "one belt and one road" initiative.

The large logistics structure; at the same time, the "soft connectivity " in terms of systems, policies, rules and standards has been continuously enhanced, and the vitality of capital, technology, services and data has been continuously improved.

在保税經濟特區這樣的平台之下，我們將充分利用物流優勢、政策優勢，不僅使中克兩國的商品互貿流通，未來保税經濟特區將成為一個樞紐中心，可以促進全球更廣範圍更多的商品實現互貿流通。我們可以看到，未來在保税經濟特區流通的商品將全部帶有全球商品流通碼，所有商品都可以做到數據可查，貿易過程的手續也必將更簡化高效，全球的商品將高效的流通。

Under such a platform as the bonded special economic zone, we will make full use of the advantages of logistics and policy, not only to make the commodity trade between China and Croatia, but also to make the bonded special economic zone become a hub in the future, which can promote the global circulation of more and more commodities. We can see that in the future, the goods circulating in the bonded special economic zones will all carry the global commodity circulation code, all the goods can be checked, the procedures of the trade process will be more simplified and efficient, and the global goods will be efficiently distributed.
