門診護士崗位職責

1、護理相關專業，中專以上學歷；具有護士執業資格證書；
2、具有3年以上三甲醫院兒科患者護理工作經驗；熟悉各種護理操作；有新生兒科或NICU工作經驗者優先考慮；
3、熟悉與本專業有關的法律法規；熟悉本專業的技術規範和規章制度；
4、具有良好的溝通能力和服務意識，有責任心和親和力。

Outpatient Nurse (Pediatric, Family Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynecology, IMO, Endo, Surgical, Orthopedic, Dental, Ophthalmology, ENT, Dermatology, Plastic Surgery)
門診護士（兒科、家庭全科、婦產科、內科、內窺鏡、外科、骨科、牙科、眼科、五官科、皮膚科、整形外科）

?Minimal Education Requirement - Diploma above of nursing graduate
?Minimal experience Requirement- 8 years above working experience in nursing preferred.
Minimum 2 years oversea nursing experience preferred for new hires.
?Licensing Needed- Registered nurse license in China.
?BLS certificated
?Adequate communication skills in English and Chinese
?Adequate nursing skills based on clinical needs

SUMMARY:

n Preceptor, mentor for junior nurses and to provide personalized, specialized and cost effective care to the patient in accordance to established clinic policies and procedures.
n Assist team leader to provide the highest standard of patient-centered care.


ESSENTIAL TASKS:

n Assess plan, implement and evaluate the nursing care of patients throughout the clinic
n Document accurately and concisely the care provided and its outcome
n Carry out investigation and treatment prescribed by the physician
n Communicate and discuss patient’s response to treatment and progress with physician and nursing colleagues assigned to patient
n Participate actively in physician’s round.
n Prepare and assist physician with procedures.
n Collaborate and co-operate with physicians and other health care providers in the smooth delivery of patient care and service.
n Follow - up to ensure continuity of patient care and treatment plan.
n Provide patient / family information and education on disease prevention, process and rehabilitation.
n Manage complex patient care.
n Maintain and care in the use of the equipment and supplies.
n Act as a resource person.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES:

n Be adaptable and flexible in managing clinical situations. Begins to take clinically sound risks.
n Develop and value collaborative relationships with patients and families.
n Recognize needs and advocate for patient based on knowledge gained through clinical experience which allows the nurse to anticipate what the patient will need.
n Through the ongoing experience of caring for patients and families, recognize patterns that refine and influence future practice.
n Recognize the cultural differences need to be considered in developing nurse-patient relationships.
n Elicit cultural beliefs and values from patients and integrate these into overall patient management effectively
n At least 2 years working experiences in FM out-patient clinic

n Provide guidance and orientation to nursing staff assigned to the unit.
n Facilitate the smooth running of the department
n Demonstrate good interpersonal skills with the public and staff
n Assume additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors
n Demonstrate awareness of current nursing and health care practices

任職資格:
1.正規護理院校畢業；

2.至少3年以上臨牀經驗；

3.國家註冊護士。

知識和技能:
1.具備基礎的護理知識與技能；

2.具有常見病護理知識及解決問題的能力；

3.可輔助完成本專業危重症患者的搶救與觀察；

4.能與患者及家人進行日常生活及常規治療的溝通與交流；

5.掌握護理程序知識；

6.熟練掌握各項護理操作技能；

7.可獨立完成臨牀與夜班工作。

主要職責：
1.瞭解當日所負責病人信息；

2.認真參加晨起大交班及牀頭交接班；

3.與責任護士共同進行晨間護理工作；

4.負責各項基礎治療。包括如口腔護理、測量生命體徵、傾倒引流液、記錄出入量、霧化吸入；

5.鼻腔沖洗、藥物灌腸、口腔噴藥、測體重、更換氧氣濕化瓶內蒸餾水、備皮等工作；

6.巡視病人協助責任護士做好相關的基礎護理工作，並做好記錄；

7.外科初級護士負責病房與手術室之間病人的轉運工作，並做好查對；

8.繪製體温單；

9.每日交班前向責任護士彙報病人情況；

10.更換吸痰裝置（每日）、吸氧裝置（每週一、四）。
