薪金待遇:工資+補助+提成+獎金+保險(完成合理既定目標最低年收入可達到20W以上)
負責產品的市場開發及產品銷售。
任職條件:
1、大專以上學歷,從事工業產品銷售工作二年以上,具有建築工程項目設備銷售經驗優先,具有暖通類產品銷售尤佳,條件優秀者可放寬學歷要求。
2、具有親和力、較強的溝通能力、公關能力、影響力、肯吃苦,具有快速學習能力及領悟能力,具有一定的商務談判經驗。
3、具備一定程度的英語水平,熟練使用Office軟件。
4、要求有較強的學習能力,能在短期內初步掌握產品知識。
5、職業方向:銷售工程師——業務經理——辦事處經理——分公司總經理
6、薪資:底薪+績效薪資+提成(底薪在保底情況下,每月視考核情況浮動上漲)
7、能夠適應經常出差
8、有獨立操作招投標、大型項目經驗與能力者,有效性團隊管理經驗且業績優異者,可考慮按“特殊試用期”招聘,底薪可適當提高。
