工作職責:
- 帶領數字營銷團隊達成數字部門整體業績指標,指導團隊日常工作,幫助團隊成員達成業績指標;
- 負責集團所有數字營銷渠道的市場推廣策劃與運營,包括但不限於SEM、SEO、大眾點評網、社交媒體、垂直媒體等,同時拓展有效的數字營銷新渠道,支持公司業務持續增長;
- 負責品牌自媒體平台的運維與優化,包括但不限於官網、官微;
- 與集團各品牌銷售市場協同,包括電銷團隊及各子品牌銷售市場團隊,持續提升數字營銷渠道轉化率;
- 負責各營銷渠道數字營銷效果的監測、分析、報告與優化;
- 負責年度數字營銷規劃與預算制定,合理、高效使用數字營銷預算達成業績指標;
- 負責網絡輿情監測與管理;
- 管理數字營銷相關供應商;

- 本科以上學歷,年齡28-35歲;
- 5年以上數字營銷或網絡營銷相關工作經驗,2年以上團隊管理經驗;
- 具有領導魅力和較強的溝通能力、結果導向、嚴謹細緻、抗壓力強;
- 思維靈敏,善於策劃並實施有創意、重實效的網絡推廣活動;
-有較強的數據分析能力,能夠通過數據分析定義問題,有針對性的提出可行性方案並予以實施;
- 有教育行業網絡推廣工作經驗者優先;
- 有本地社交媒體、KOL大號等資源者優先;
- 有百度推廣大型賬户運維實操經驗者優先;
- 有大眾點評或電商平台店鋪運營經驗者優先;
崗位職責【MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES】
1. Actively monitor emerging trends and technologies on the market, always keep ahead of competition in digital field in order to well show the brand’s image and products to catch more young generation potential customers.
2. Drive the development & execution of digital campaigns under supervision of line manager.
3. To work closely with digital and social media agency on digital and EC campaigns, initiate concept and drive execution.
4. Digital media buying, social media and KOL management and EC marketing operating experiences are required.
【QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED】
1. Education: Bachelor degree or above
2. Language: Fluent in spoken and written English & Mandarin
3. Professional experience & know how: over 3 years of professional experience of digital or EC marketing areas, within cosmetics industry and FMCG is preferred
4. Technical & management skills: Solid skills of office core software
