堅持牀頭晨間、午間、晚間交接班制度，加強重點時段如夜班、中午班、節假日班等的管理，對重點病人的管理，如搶救室的患者和普通病房的危重患者，做為科晨會及交接班時討論的重點，對病人現存的和潛在的風險做出評估，達成共識，引起各班的重視。
