Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

- Responsible for produce good parts by design and edit welding standard work instruction according English technical drawing requirement.

- Responsible for produce good parts by design and make proper fixture .

- Responsible for trouble shooting solution by welding distortion analysis.

- Solve parts welding defect and welding working abnormal.

- Create and update APQP documents with NPI, Standard Work Audit results, Quality and Safety related issues.

- Monitor process and equipment capabilities and develop strategy to improve and reduce process variability.

- Lead and support new technology introduction programs and cost saving project.

- Develop and maintain of the ISO & CQMS related documents.

- Adhere to the company's Health and Safety policy and safe working practices.

- Adhere to Caterpillar's Values in Action: Integrity, Commitment, Excellence, Team-work.

Required Qualifications:- Bachelor degree or related degree- Familiar with Arc-welding standard & defects analysis and processing technology- Familiar with fixture design- 3-5 years of relevant processing experience is preferred- Proficient in the use of Pro-e, Auto-CAD, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint- Good English speaking skills職位描述，焊接工藝工程師
崗位職責：
1、 完成焊接切割工藝類的樣品製作；
2、處理和解決所承擔工作中出現的工藝難題；
3、部分焊接切割的相關產品部件測試；
4、按要求輸出相關工作的測試報告；
5、努力學習新知識、新技術，突破相關工藝。
任職資格：
1、專科以上學歷，材料成型及控制工程、機械製造工藝與設備和激光焊接等相關專業，具同行業經驗優先；
2、三年以上激光焊接工作經驗，能完成成套設備的系統設計；
3、熟悉AUTOCAD製圖；
4、熟悉激光器的使用；
5、熟悉相關電氣的實踐理論知識；
6、具有激光焊接、切割工藝經驗/參與焊接、切割項目經驗優先；
7、心理承受力強，敢於接受挑戰和壓力；
8、善於學習，有很強的自學能力，富於開拓、創新精神等。

任職要求：
1、3年以上鈑金加工工藝改善經驗；
2、對焊接及鈑金現場工藝有深入瞭解
3、專科以上理工科背景；
4、 能讀懂客户圖紙上的英文；
5. 會CAD,及辦公軟件；
6. SOP編作及標準工時的制定；
7. 能獨立進行數據分析處理現場工藝的不良及改善對策；
8. 良好的溝通能力，積極主動，以結果為導向創新及學習能力；
主要工作職責：
1.負責生產現場的工藝技術服務；
2.負責自動焊接技術及焊接變形和焊接參數設定；
3.對自動焊的工藝操作有較深入的認識，對夾具設計有一定的能力；
4.對碰焊工藝操作有較深入的認識，能進行焊接參數設定，能設計碰焊的焊公及夾治具。
