任職要求：
1、28歲以上，大專以上學歷，機械相關專業。
2、六年以上機械加工經驗，熟悉CNC加工編程、加工夾具及刀具；
3、瞭解工藝過程控制工具如工藝過程能力研究，SPC等；
4、具有新產品開發項目經驗；
5、熟練運用AutoCAD，及/UG/CATIA/PROE三維設計軟件中的一種。
6、具有良好的溝通能力及合作精神。
崗位職責：
1、負責加工工藝的制定和切削刀具的選定、工裝的設計；
2、負責新項目的成本核算；
3、持續提高產品的質量和效率；
4、編制CNC加工程序；
5、負責工藝技術培訓工作等。
職位描述職責
Responsibilities
1. 接到客户圖紙後進行圖紙與技術規範的審核，並通過技術交流，與客户在圖紙和技術規範方面達成一致。
After receiving customer’s drawing, review drawing and technical standard, and through technical communication reach an agreement with customer on drawing and technical standard.
2. 在新產品報價階段配合報價工程師完成工藝方案設計，流程圖製作，加工成本計算和設備投資規劃及項目可行性分析。
At the stage of new product quotation cooperate with quotation engineer to design process scheme, make flow chart, calculate machining cost, make equipment investment plan and analyze project feasibility.
3. 作為項目組長，負責管理指定的項目，並且推動APQP小組開展日常活動。
Being as project leader, manage appointed project and push APQP team to carry out daily activity.
4. 設計新產品的生產工藝，編寫數控加工程序。
Design production process of new product and make CNC program.
5. 提供夾具設計工藝技術要求給夾具工程師進行夾具設計，列出刀具清單，刀具選型。按照潛在供應商評估和批准程序開發刀具和夾具供應商。
Provide fixture engineer with process technical requirement for fixture design, listing tools list and type. According to potential supplier evaluation and approval procedure, develop tool and fixture supplier.
6. 負責新產品的試生產，並且根據TS16949的要求生產出一定批量的合格樣品。然後將新產品轉給生產部門，進入正式生產階段。
Be responsible for new product’s test running, and according to TS16949 produce a batch of qualified samples, and then hand the new product over to production department to get into formal production stage.
7. 編寫、修改和維護流程圖、FMEA和控制計劃。
Make, revise and maintain flow chart, FMEA and control plan.
8. 同質量工程師合作完成OTS和PPAP樣件提交報告，審核提交樣件。
Cooperate with quality engineer to make OTS and PPAP sample report and audit sample.
9. 編寫工藝文件和產品作業指導書。
Make process document and products instructions.
10. 培訓CNC操作手如何生產新產品，以及應生產部的要求培訓操作手不斷提高CNC操作技能。
Train CNC operators to produce new products and based on production department’s requirement train operators to continuously improve CNC operation skills.
11. 按照公司新產品開發流程完成整個項目直至順利量產。
According to the company’s new product development flow, complete the whole project till smooth mass production.
12. 參與現生產產品的過程改進，提高產品質量和生產效率，降低生產成本。
Participate in existing production process improvement to improve products quality, production efficiency, and decrease production cost.

Have professional knowledge of mechanical manufacturing and machining process, and have basic knowledge of geometry parameter and GD&T. Have working experience in CNC machining.
★能夠熟練使用Auto CAD、Master CAM、Solid Works。
Be proficient in using Auto CAD 、Master CAM、Solid Works.
★能熟練操作Mazak, Brother等CNC機牀，很強的動手能力及現場問題的解決能力。
Be proficient in operating Mazak, Brother and other CNC machines. Have strong hands-on skills and ability to solve on-site problems.
★專注於目標達成，以客户為導向。
Target focus and customer orientation
◆熟悉8D。
Be familiar with 8D.
◆熟悉ISO9001和TS16949質量體系。
Be familiar with QS9000 and TS16949.
4. 經驗 Experience
★3年以上數控工藝工程師工作經驗，能夠熟練編制四軸數控加工工藝，有5軸經驗優先。
Over 3 years’ experience as CNC process engineer, and be proficient in making 4-axes CNC machining process. Familiar with 5Axis machining a plus.
5. 語言 Language
★大學英語4級，良好的英語口語及書面表達能力。
CET 4th, good oral and written English.
◆大學英語6級，優秀的英語口語及書面表達能力。
CET 6th, excellent oral and written English.
6. 個人素質 Personality
★有強烈的責任心；具備優秀的團隊管理能力和團隊合作精神；能在壓力下工作；工作態度積極、高效；有創造性思維，能夠解決複雜問題。
