假如我當上了學生會主席，我首先會要求學生會的成員語言文明，舉止大方禮貌 ，因為別人在聆聽我們，別人在關注我們。
假如我當上了學生會主席，我要進一步完善自己，提高自己各方面的素質，要進一步提高自己的工作熱情，以飽滿的熱情和積極的心態去對待每一件事情；要進一步提高責任心，在工作中大膽創新，鋭意進取，虛心地向別人學習；要進一步的廣納賢言，做到有錯就改，有好的意見就接受，同時堅持自己的原則。

假如我當上了學生會主席，我要改革學生會的體制。真正的做到“優勝劣汰”，做到“日日清，週週結”，每週都對各部門的負責人進行考核，通過其部門的成員反應情況，指出他在工作中的優點和缺點，以朋友的身份與他商討解決方案並制定出下階段的計劃。經常與他們談心，彼此交流對生活、工作的看法，為把學生會工作做好而努力。開展各部長及負責人自我批評、自我檢討的活動，每月以書面材料形式存入檔案。我還將常常找各部門的成員瞭解一些情況，為作出正確的策略提供可靠的保證。還要協調好各部門之間的關係，團結一切可團結的力量，擴大學生生會的影響及權威。
