the national training team to plan, design and implement the retail curriculum according to the annual plan ew and update the content and delivery method of training programs to support the needs of business growth ge office training programs including supervisory training, subsidies program, company e-learning and specific department learning program h and supervise the national training team to ensure the effective accomplishment of all training related tasks and projects le training related projects with the Regional Office aborate with internal/external training stakeholders to satisfy the learning needs of different departments and divisions ge daily work of training team and report the progress to Sr. HRD on a weekly base closely with other HR functions to achieve the goal of the whole department
Qualification:
?Bachelor or above degree, preferably in Business, Human Resources, or other related major; ?8+ years’ work experience in training field with at least 3 years’ as people manager in MNC; ?Strong project management, problem solving and training facilitation skills; ?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive mindset; ?Capable to work independently and detail oriented; ?Proficient in English, both written and oral; ?Excellent computer skills required.
