記得那是一個正月初五的上午，我和父母去逛廟會，突然，我看見了一個賣手工風車的攤子，便拽着父母去買風車，剛到那，攤主便熱情地招待了我們，我不禁打量起這位攤主老爺爺來，六十歲出頭，戴着一頂草帽，穿着與普通的農民沒什麼兩樣，特別和藹，一笑起來顯得特別憨厚，給人一種好感，正當我打量老爺爺的時候，一位外國小男孩也拽着他的媽媽來到了小攤前，看起來對手工風車十分感興趣老爺爺十分熱情地招待他，並帶着他挑選風車。

不一會，小男孩挑好了風車，他看起來十分滿足，他的媽媽看着他這麼開心，便拿出了錢包準備付錢外，老爺爺比較有經驗，一看顧客掏出錢包，就知道顧客要付錢了，舉起三根手指頭，又舉起五根手指頭，意思是三塊五，外國婦女看得一頭霧水，於是她將每種面值的人民幣都拿出了一張，讓老爺爺選，這時，一個看熱鬧小夥子大喊：“拿最大的！”

其他幾個人也跟着起鬨，外國婦女好像聽懂了，將一張百元大鈔遞給了老爺爺，出人意料的是老爺爺退回了百元大鈔，只拿了一張十元的，更讓人意想不到的是，老爺爺又從兜裏拿出了六塊五毛錢遞給了外國婦女，外國婦女好像驚歎老爺爺的真誠，對他豎起了大拇指，人羣中頓時爆發出一陣掌聲，那幾個起鬨的小夥子也臉紅了……

(一)人際溝通的含義

人際溝通是指在一定的社會環境下，人們為了一個設定的目標，藉助共同的符號系統，如語言、文字、圖像、記號及手勢等，以直接或間接的方式，把信息、思想和情感在個人或羣體間傳遞，並且達成共同協議的過程。

(二)人際溝通的理解

人際溝通是一種有意義的互動歷程. 我們可以從三個方面來理解人際溝通:第一,人際溝通是其實是一種歷程,在一段時間行程內,我們為達到到一種目的,要進行一系列的行為,但是我們這種行為是有意義的,此種行為就是實行人際溝通.第二,這種溝通是一種有意義的溝通曆程.在溝通的過程中,主要表現為結果是什麼,其意圖所傳達的理由是"為什麼這麼做?以及其重要性的價值對應出此溝通的"有多重要性"?第三,雙方在溝通過程中表現的是一種互動,在溝通的過程中及溝通之後所產生的意義都要負責任存在.在尚末溝通之前,不能先預測溝通互動後的結果。

(三)人際溝通的步驟

傾聽—— 你的身體告訴對方：我在聽您説;

核對——您的意見是……句式核對你的理解;

接納——用眼睛看、用耳朵聽、用頭腦想;

拒絕——用坦誠加禮貌的語音説不;

表達——用準確具體的語言表達你內心的意思;

體態語音——用身體語音比有聲語音説得更有把握，傳達你的真實意思。
