Duties:
Day-to-day Internal Key Application/System usage and functional Support for business user. 日常內部IT/業務應用系統支持,指導用户正確使用IT/業務系統。
Problem solving—identifies and resolves application problems in a timely manner and gathers and analyzes information skillfully. 熟練分析問題並及時為用户解決問題。
Customer Service—manages difficult customer situations, responds promptly to customer needs and collect customer feedback to improve service. 瞭解用户需求,收集用户反饋意見,為用户提供IT 支持。
IT Training to end user for new features or enhancement of IT application/system upgrade. 為新用户提供IT/業務系統使用方面的培訓或針對新的系統優化為用户進行培訓。
Primary interface with internal key business user for business requirement and gap analysis of IT support. 主要面對用户,積極主動同用户溝通並瞭解用户業務需求,提供相應的IT系統解決方案。
Requirement:
Self-motivated & Self-discipline. 有責任心,善於溝通,能吃苦耐勞,有良好的服務意識。
Have a good foundation of IT knowledge 有一定的IT基礎知識,有IT helpdesk經驗優先。
Able to work with business client for meeting the business needs. 能夠獨立跟客户溝通,瞭解客户需求。
Ability to work independently and as a team member.具有獨立處理問題的能和團隊合作的能力。
Good oral and written skills focusing in technical / instruction-oriented communications. 良好的英語表達和書寫能力, 必需精通粵語。
Other Experience: A minimum 1-2 year working experience relevant working experience. 至少一年工作經驗為佳。
1.學歷:大專及以上要求:
1、大專學歷,計算機相關專業,IT軟件、硬件行業技術支持經驗優先
2、精通Windows系統,精通主要系統維護、排錯命令和工具
3、熟悉各種日常辦公設備硬、軟件維護,能獨立的處理各種常見的電腦故障及
網絡故障,打印機、服務器等IT設備的安裝調試
4、良好的語言表達能力,掌握與客户溝通的技巧,能把握客户心理。
5、較強的學習新知識能力,不斷地提高自己的能力、水平。
6、熟悉視頻會議系統、擴聲系統、叫號機系統者優先考慮。
7、此職位重點培養成為會議系統技術人才。
