· 為客户提供職業規劃、簡歷優化、面試筆試培訓、網申和崗位推薦等服務

· 解答客户在求職過程中遇到的問題
· 參加專業培訓與交流,提高簡歷和求職輔導服務專業水平
· 定期彙報服務進度和客户反饋,協助優化產品,提升客户體驗
職位要求:
· 本科及以上學歷,具有人力資源(招聘/培訓)、獵頭或諮詢從業經歷
· 熟悉至少一個行業領域,熟悉人才市場行情及名企招聘流程、需求和職業發展
· 具有優秀的英語讀寫能力,海歸背景優先,英語專業八級優先
· 對職業諮詢行業感興趣,樂於並善於溝通和分享,邏輯思維縝密
· 具有親和力,較強的責任感、敬業精神與職業道德操守,注重細節

Principal Responsibilities:
· Career Development/Consultation: Support the clients in attaining their career and professional goals by providing services including CV/cover letter creation and optimization, career exploration, interview training, mock interviews, job recommendation and various workshops
· Deal directly with clients, ensuring that communication is perfect at all levels
· Provide individual career guidance to best assist clients in defining career options, developing employment skills and job search procedures
· Assess individual career development needs, providing clients the skills necessary to make better career decisions and take effective actions
· Maintain knowledge and awareness of industry trends
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor or above with working experience in recruiting/headhunting/consulting related area
· Overseas education or work experience is highly preferred
· Passion for a challenging and rewarding consulting career
· Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills
· Strong interpersonal skills and proven team player
· Convincing communication skills in English and Chinese

主要職責:
1、接收市場客户分量,在規定時間內完成客户初步邀約工作;
2、在獨立諮詢間,接待來訪學員,不需要跑外勤;
3、解答學員關於計算機軟件課程相關的一切問題;
4、協助學員做職業規劃,清晰職業發展方向並推薦合適課程;
5、做好客户跟進和維護,達成招生目標;
6、做好客户二次、三次開發,做好前端口碑。
任職要求:
1、大專以上學歷,計算機或市場營銷、教育學、播音主持、心理學等相關專業;
2、形象氣質佳,普通話標準,有親和力;
3、熟練使用辦公軟件、具備基本的計算機操作能力;
4、語言表達能力強,善於與人溝通,反應機敏靈活,思路清晰;
5、熟悉IT知識,有IT培訓行業教育背景者佳。
