準備導入:

i.在幾張大的紙上寫出1到5幾個數字,把它們擺放到教室四周。告訴學生師將説出數字,他們必須指向正確的數字。

舉例:

老師: five。

學生:(指向5)

2.讓一個學生到教室前,面向黑板站着。用手指在他/她的背上寫一個數字,讓他/她説出這個數字。

舉例:

老師:(在學生背上寫一個2)

學生:three。

老師:no。

老師:(在學生背上寫一個5)

學生:five。

老師:yes.

3.讓學生兩人一組做練習。三輪過後,交換角色。

活動i:聽音指圖

i.在黑板上,寫出6一10五個數字。指着這五個數字,讀單詞並讓學生跟讀。

2.讓學生拿出一大張紙並在上面寫下6一10當中的一個數字。告訴學生師將説出數字,如果師説的數字和學生手中的數字相符,學生必須站起來並舉起手中的數字。

3.多做一些示範。

教學技巧:

i.學生必須先認知新單詞,之後才能讀出來。例如:在“聽音指圖”這一活動中,學生只需聽懂並舉起數字,不必讀出來。

2.讓學生讀故事。用漢語對故事內容進行提問。例如:這件事發生在哪裏?圖2中為何ms smart那麼吃驚?圖4中為何ms smart笑了?

3.放錄音,每句之後暫停並讓學生跟讀。

4.再放一遍錄音,讓學生指出相應的圖片。

活動2:從一數到十

i.在紙上分別寫出一到十這十個數字。給學生看一個數字並讀出來,告訴學生他們必須讀出師所指示。

2.在黑板上寫出一到十這十個數字。指着不同的數字並讓金班讀出來。

3.讓學生看師的書,把書舉起,指着不同的數字並讓學生讀出來。

4.讓學生兩人一組繼續練習。如果師想讓學生交換角色,就説: “change。”

英語微格教學簡介

微格教學與微型課

1、產生:60年代美國大規模的教育改革中,斯坦福大學對“角色扮演(類於“試講”)進行改造,使之完善、形成了“微格教學”。我們從課程的角度將它稱為“微型課”。

2、實質:它實質是應用現代視聽技術對教師(師範生)的教學技能進行系統培訓的一種新方法。

3、分格:它將複雜的教學過程中的各種教學技能進行科學分類,對各類(合格)教學技能單獨進行訓練。

4、過程:按規定的教學目標有目的地進行教學實踐,應用現代視聽技術手段反饋信息,使教師和評估者能更直觀形象地評議受訓者的教學活動。

5、特點:使受培訓者能作為第三者來觀察分析評價自己的教學活動。即受培者與評價者合一。

6、意義:

a能更有效、更迅速地達到預期的培訓效果。

b它是一個可控的實習系統,針對性強,反饋信息快,是迅速提高教學技能的好方法。

c它是語文課堂教學技能訓練的主要形式。

※什麼是微格教學?

微格教學英文microteaching,意思是微型化教學,是一種用於培訓師範生或教師掌握課堂教學技能的訓練方法。創始人是美國斯坦福大學愛倫()博士。

微格教學是一個有控制的實踐系統,在教育學和視聽技術基礎上,使師範生和教師在有效的時間和空間內,訓練某一教學技能或技巧的方法。微格教學共包括以下幾個環節:事先的學習和研究→確定培訓技能、編寫教案→提供示範→微格教學實踐

1.事先的學習和研究

微格教學是在現代教育理論和思想指導下的實踐活動。因此,在進行微格教學訓練前進行教學理論的學習和研究是非常必要的。學習的內容有:教學設計、教學目標分類、教材分析、教學技能分類、課堂教學觀察方法、教學評價和學習者的特點等。

2.確定培訓技能和編寫教案

微格教學的目的是培訓教師的教學技能,特點是把課堂教學分為不同的單項技能分別進行訓練,每次只集中培訓一兩個技能,以便容易掌握。例如導入技能、語言技能、提問技能、講解技能、變化技能、強化技能、演示技能、板書技能、結束技能、課堂組織技能等。根據培訓計劃確定培訓技能後,被培訓者就要選擇恰當的教學內容,根據所設定的教學目標進行教學設計,並編寫出比較詳細的教案。需要注意的是,微格教學的教案具有不同於一般教案的特點,它要詳細説明教師的教學行為

3.提供示範

在正式培訓之前,為了使被培訓的學生明確培訓目的及要求,可以利用錄像或實際角色扮演這種直觀的方法對所要訓練的技能進行示範,並加以講解與説明。示範可以是正面典型,這樣便於培訓者學習好的經驗;也可以是反面例子,被培訓者可從中吸取教訓,少走彎路。

4.微格教學實踐

①由扮演教師角色、學生角色、教學評價人員和攝錄像設備的操作人員組成微型課堂。

②在微型課堂上,教師角色在10-15分鐘的時間裏,上一節課的一部分,練習一兩種技能。在課前,對被培訓者做一個簡短説明,以便使其明確訓練的技能、教學內容、教學設計思想。

③在課堂上進行角色扮演時,採用錄像的方法對教學過程進行記錄,便於及時、準確地獲取反饋信息。

5.反饋評價

①重放錄像,使被培訓者及時、準確地獲得反饋信息,教師角色、學生角色、評價人員和指導教師一起觀看,以進一步觀察被培訓者達到培訓目標程度。

②看過錄像後,教師角色要進行認真的自我分析,及時發現自己在教學中存在的問題。

③作為學生角色,評價人員和指導教師要從各自不同的角度來評價實踐過程,討論所存在的問題,指出今後努力的方向。

6.修改教案

被培訓者根據自我分析和討論評價中所發現的問題,修改教案,準備進行微格教學的再循環,或進入教學實習階段。

※微格教學應注意些什麼?

1.首先制訂較為詳細的教學計劃。

2.在進行微格教學之前,向學生講解什麼是微格教學,它的特點及訓練方法。使學生充分認識到積極開展以培訓教學技能為中心的微格教學是十分必要的,激發學生參與的積極性與自覺性,有利於最大限度地發揮學生的主觀能動性。

3.認真抓好微格教學實踐的各個環節。

微格教學是以實踐為主體的教學方法,所以認真抓好微格教學的實踐環節是非常重要的。

指導教師在微格教學進入實踐環節時,首先組織學生進行角色扮演,組成微型課堂。為了讓學生對微型課堂有一個直觀的印象,明確培訓目標及要求,可以採取錄像的方式進行示範,為下一步教學打下基礎。對微型課堂的教學嚴格把關,使參加角色扮演的學生真正進入角色,使微型課堂上教師與學生很好地進行配合,以便順利地完成教學任務。

另外,要安排人員進行錄像記錄,對錄像鏡頭的調度應根據不同培訓技能的需要事先進行詳細的安排,確保錄像在信息反饋時發揮應有的作用。

信息反饋和分析評價是微格教學的又一特色,對培訓學生教學技能質量的提高起着關鍵的作用。被培訓者通過觀看錄像,進行教學行為的自我反饋,及接受評價人員的反饋,再經過充分的討論,羣策羣力,提出改進方案,以進入微格教學的再循環。在這個環節裏,只有充分體現指導教師的組織領導和支配地位,才能確保信息反饋的順利進行及分析評價的質量。

(三)微型課的實施

1、分析和把握教材;

2、微格備課;

3、提供示範;

4、微型試講 (1)前後銜接 交代內容在課文中的位置。 (2)模擬課堂 突出一種技能訓練。

(3)錄音、錄像 沒有錄像條件的,錄音、記錄。 (4)5分鐘內 不低於3分鐘,不超過7分鐘。

5、反饋評價 (1)重放音像 把自己放到聽眾、觀眾席。沒有錄像的播放錄音。 (2)自我評價 肯定成功,發現不足,追尋原因 (3)他人評價 同學、老師評價。 (4)作好記載 以便修改、借鑑、提高。

6、修改教案:根據評價認真修改教案,以臻完美。

7、備好下一微型課。前一技能未過關的,當重講同一技能中的同一種,但不同內容。
