① 生產組織與決策:根據航班運行計劃,組織實施運行生產,監控航班運行,監督aoc 各崗位的決策過程,對航班運行調整做出最終決策;

②生產講評:根據運行制度,主持召開生產講評會議,對運行做出評估,佈置生產任務、解決生產運行中的問題;

③ 應急處置:根據應急處置程序,組織、指揮運行中突發事件的處置,負責應急處置程序的啟動; ④ aoc 管理:根據運行政策,實施對當日aoc 各崗位的工作管理,並做出綜合考評,達到aoc 整體高效運行;

⑤ 分析調查:根據運行政策,調查、分析、落實公司運行不正常事件的責任原因和責任部門,做出獎懲決定。

⑥ 當值班的運行主任不能執行該崗位工作時,應由主任籤派員代替其值班。 (2) 飛行籤派
