崗位要求:

1. 三年以上空運出口客服經驗,能與國外代理溝通;

2. 有良好的協調能力;

2. 大學本科學歷;;

3. 英語聽説讀寫良好;英語要求大學六級

5. 居住祝橋鎮附近優先考慮;

6. 班車接送:虹口、楊浦、長寧三條線路。

一、工作內容:負責國際空運進出口的跟單工作。1、接受客户委託,安排定艙和下達作業部門貨物的作業指令,聯繫海外代理,對貨物進行全程的監控以及相關應收、應付費用的確認和錄入;2、解答客户的諮詢;3、和代理、客户進行費用確認。二、任職要求:1、全日制本科以上學歷,英語CET-6(讀、聽、寫熟練);2、相關物流行業1年以上工作經驗;3、有較強的責任心和敬業精神,做事嚴謹細心,思路清晰敏捷,具有良好的溝通表達及協調能力。三、薪酬待遇:1)月均收入5500-6000元;2)五天工作制,大小週末(加班費另計);3)超產獎等效益獎金;4)定期體檢、旅遊、羽毛球、兒童節、***節、困難補助等福利;

職責:

負責海運出口操作

職位要求:

1.大學專科及以上學歷,大學英語四級以上。

2.物流,外貿相關專業。

3.有相關工作經驗優先。

4.有較好的語言表達能力,思維清晰,溝通能力強。

5.性格開朗,具有良好的團隊合作精神。

6.能夠承受一定的工作壓力,工作積極主動,認真負責。

Key Accountabilities:
1. Handle customers’ bookings for airfreight export via emails, faxes or phone calls.
2. Create HAWB in ETMS timely with all related data required & set up goods pick-up
3. Coordinate with Air Export consol planner for space booking with airlines.
4. Assist with customers’ inquiries and provide support for local handling charges quotations via email, where necessary.
5. Follow up on air export shipments and ensure timely arrival and delivery to consignee.
6. Provide flight details and ensure timely feedback to customers on freight status.
7. Ensure that any discrepancy / offloading related to shipment is reported to shippers and destination offices promptly.
8. Be familiar with customers’ profiles and handling requirements to ensure 100% compliance in view to achieve 100 % customer satisfaction at all times.
9. Respond to customer complaint and query with a sense of urgency and suggestion solution or improvement plan whenever possible.
10. Develop good rapport with both external and internal customers.
11. Ensure all data are entered into ETMS timely and accurately.
12. Ensure timely creation & updates for specific customers’ DLSOPs.
13. Ensure timely update of AIRRTS into ETMS.
14. Prepare and submit reports timely whenever required.
15. Assist accounts department with any export bills issues.(A/R payment etc)
16. Sorting EVF & return to customer within time frame required (15 days)
17. Take up additional tasks as required to meet department’s needs

Working Conditions:
1. No more than normal physical effort or positional stress required. Intermittent walking, sitting or standing with normal expenditure of energy.
2. Good working conditions, almost complete absence of disagreeable elements. Minimum exposure to adverse or hazardous working conditions.
